General Policy
Written Cancellation Policy Please read carefully. 1. Lodging cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival or earlier in the regular season, or 45 days prior to arrival or earlier in the holiday season, will result in forfeiting the 25% non-refundable deposit. Lodging cancellations made within the 14 day period in regular season or 45 days in holiday season result in forfeiting the entire lodging reservation value. 2. Lodging cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival in the regular season, or 45 days prior to arrival in holiday season, on medical grounds will be reviewed on a case by case basis accompanied by a valid medical certificate or doctor's note; in all cases the 25% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. 3. If all roads to Panorama are closed by the RCMP, we will refund 100% of the reservation, or change your reservation to new dates, subject to new rates and availability. 4. We strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Adjustment Policy: 1. Date changes can be made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date; the new dates will be subject to the best available rate on the day and must be within 12 months of the original arrival date for all seasons. 2. No date changes are permitted within the 14 day period prior to arrival. Written Deposit Policy Payment 1. For all Lodging packages a 25%, non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking. Full and final payment will be processed automatically on the same credit card 14 days prior to arrival, at which point the reservation is 100% non-refundable and 100% non-transferrable. For reservations made less than 14 days in advance, full and final payment will be processed and the entire reservation value is non-refundable and 100% non-transferrable. 2. For reservations in the holiday season December 25th, 2017 - January 1st, 2018 & February 16th - February 18th 2018), full and final payment will be processed automatically 45 days prior to arrival. 3. If we are unable to process final payment, the reservation will be cancelled 4 days after final payment was due, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited at this time. 4. Should you choose to process the remaining payment on a different credit card, please give us sufficient advance notice. Payments that need to be refunded from one card and charged to another will result in an additional surcharge to cover card processing fees. 5. If you have purchased a voucher with one of our partners, this must be presented at the time of check in, we cannot honour discounts without these vouchers. 6. Package portions of this reservation are not refundable. Lodging Use Policy: 1. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for the loss of personal effects and valuables of any kind. Management and owners are not responsible for articles left in rooms or automobile. As a guest, I agree that my liability for damage caused by myself, party or guest is not waived and agree to be held personally liable, regardless of charge instructions, and the registered guest acknowledges the above as a personal indebtedness. 2. This property is non-smoking. Pets, bikes, skis or snowboards are not allowed in any of our accommodations. Failure to comply with this policy will result in an immediate fee of $200.00 plus applicable cleaning fees. 3. Please note that a subsequent charge to your credit card will be made for any charges incurred that could not be itemized at the time of checkout. Water Turbidity The water at Panorama comes straight from the mountains! From time to time, when the snow's melting fast, Interior Health British Columbia may issue a Water Quality Advisory or a Boil Water Notice for our area, which could be in effect during your stay. Should either of these conditions exist, we'll post important notices around the resort and at Central Check-In to keep you in the loop.

Check In
Check In: Check-in time is 5 PM (Mountain Time). The Central Check-In building operates as the resort's reception and front desk. It's open 24 hours a day and is located immediately on your right when entering Panorama. All lodging guests must check-in here. A valid credit card is required.
Check Out
Check-out time is 11 AM (Mountain Time). Late check-out requests can occasionally be approved by Central Check-In on your departure day.
